Excellent service! Ben cleaned the gutters and down spouts. He is also the owner. How refreshing to not have to deal with a large company who outsources to a 3 rd world country just to get an appointment. Then wait 3-4 months for an appointment. He is very honest. Great company !!

Absolutely amazing! After a ton of research for window cleaning on our brand new, post construction home, we found BluLadder and are so happy we did! Ben, the owner, is nothing short of professional, friendly, polite, extremely positive and an overall great attitude! He came to our newly developed subdivision and home, and had no issues with getting around all of the dust and other vendors being at the home while he was working. He made himself comfortable and found all of the interior and exterior windows without any issues, and pointed out little things as he went. We also learned that he lives nearby within the newly developed community, so we are thrilled to know he’s super close by when we need any touch up work, seasonal cleaning, new year cleaning, etc. Would 100% recommend him, his straightforward and professional company, his skill; and his pricing!

Very good experience. Initial contact was easy, and Ben worked with me to schedule to fit our needs. He arrived on time, reviewed the actual house, windows, light fixtures, etc then quickly went to work on them. Great job - got the details right, and finished cleaning quite quickly. Ben with BluLadder came by and pressure washed our stone house, cleaned all interior and exterior windows and our two large chandeliers. Was thoroughly impressed with the overall work. My windows are the cleanest they have ever looked. Ben was friendly, professional and worked hard the entire time. My only complaint would be there were a couple of windows that had small water spots from when screens were replaced and dripped a little after being washed. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend BluLadder.
